Jennifer Gray is an experienced Recruitment Coordinator for MSCVC, based in Anchorage. With over 13 years of service with the State of Alaska, Jennifer brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Hailey Standish is a Recruitment Coordinator supporting Fairbanks International Airport. Born and raised in Alaska, Hailey is a proud Alaskan who has spent most of her career in administrative roles. Hailey loves almost everything about Alaska, except for the mosquitoes! Emily Haskett is a Recruitment Coordinator for the South Coast region, based in Juneau. Originally from Washington State, she moved to Juneau in 2015 and quickly became an integral part of the team.
Emily has over six years of experience with the State, starting as an HR Tech 1 with the Department of Corrections and advancing to an HR Consultant 2 with the Department of Administration. After working as an HR Specialist for Alaska Seaplanes, she returned to the State and now serves as an Admin Officer 2 with the Department of Transportation.
In her free time, Emily enjoys jet boating to a cabin on the Taku River and spending time in the mountains. A passionate traveler, she has visited Tahiti and New Zealand and plans to explore Costa Rica and Argentina next. Her favorite destination is Australia, where she lived for eight years.
Administrative Services Recruitment Coordinator
Shelly Saviers is a Recruitment Coordinator for the ASD in Juneau. A lifelong Juneau resident, Shelly has over 25 years of experience working with the Department of Transportation.
Shelly is married and has four sons, two daughters-in-law, and a delightful 8-month-old granddaughter. Outside of work, she’s been a group fitness instructor at the Alaska Club for decades and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Shelly loves reading, hiking, biking, and cross-country skiing. Despite her recent ankle replacement, she still enjoys dancing, cruise vacations with her husband, and adventurous trips.
Facility Services Recruitment Coordinator
Anna Nowak is a Recruitment Coordinator for the Division of Facilities Services (DFS) and is based in Anchorage. Born and raised in Poland, Anna has a strong commitment to excellence in public service, bringing a wealth of experience and dedication to her role.
Before moving to Alaska, Anna spent six years working for the federal government in Poland, focusing on HR and employment services. She joined the State of Alaska in 2000, working with DOT&PF at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. Over her career, Anna has held various positions, including roles with the Municipality of Anchorage in HR and as Deputy Municipal Clerk for the Assembly, as well as supervisory roles with the State of Alaska at the Department of Environmental Conservation and Anchorage Pioneer Home.
Since 2019, Anna has served as the Admin Officer for DFS at DOT&PF. Her diverse background and passion for public service make her an invaluable asset to the team.
Outside of work, Anna enjoys hiking, biking, traveling, playing ping-pong, and dancing. Her adventurous spirit and dedication to her community are evident in all she does.
Central Region Recruitment Coordinator
Teodore Odena is the Recruitment Coordinator for the Central Region and Statewide Aviation, based in Anchorage. Having lived in Alaska for the past 19 years, Teo graduated from the University of Alaska Anchorage with a degree in mathematics.
Before joining the team, Teo worked for the Alaska Department of Fish & Game’s Division of Commercial Fisheries for 9.5 years, focusing on the Arctic-Yukon-Kuskokwim region. His role involved managing recruitment, payroll, and personnel issues.
In his free time, Teo enjoys hiking, camping, cross-country skiing, and exploring the great outdoors. He is excited to bring his experience and enthusiasm to the Central Region and Statewide Aviation and looks forward to working with everyone.

Deborah Schultz is the Recruitment Coordinator for Project Delivery and Statewide Design, based in Fairbanks. With over 12 years of experience in human resources and recruiting, and more than 30 years in office administration, Deb brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Her background includes supervising, training, managing accounts payable and receivable, advertising, website building, and public outreach.
In addition to her professional experience, Deb operated a family business for nearly 30 years. She is passionate about helping people grow and advance in their careers.

Traci Lee is the Recruitment Coordinator for DOT&PF Anchorage International Airport Facilities. With nearly a decade of experience at the airport, she started in Operations, transitioned to Police & Fire after four years, and joined Facilities two years ago. Traci has a vibrant family life with four children and six grandchildren, ranging in age from one to thirteen. She feels fortunate that most of her grandchildren live in Alaska. In her free time, Traci and her family enjoy riding their 4-wheelers and dirt bikes, often spending time at their cabin on Nancy Lake. While she loves the Alaskan summer, she's less enthusiastic about the winter months.

Data Modernization & Innovation Recruitment Coordinator
Please welcome Justin who is the new Administrative Operations Manager for the newly built DMIO Team. Justin has worked for the State of Alaska for about 10 years in several different roles. For the past 6 years, he has been working in the social services fields, administratively managing the Southeast operations for the Office of Children’s Services, along with managing a number of directives for Senior and Disabilities Services, where he also administratively managed the Alaska Commission on Aging and the Governor’s Council on Disabilities and Special Education. Besides those roles, a few folks may remember Justin as he also filled a couple roles here at DOT, primarily as a College Intern.
Justin’s hobbies are basically anything outdoors, this includes hiking, fishing, camping, or any other fun adventures. During the winter he tends to hibernate and enjoys spending a good chunk of time at the Alaska Club.
Other than that, Justin likes to spend time with family and friends, and he really enjoys traveling and seeing new places.
